Requirements (profile):

Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration.
Previous experience of 10 years minimum in the event industry, event production, event management.
Wide expertise in the technical requirements of event production.
Experience in the sports industry is an advantage.
Any additional certification related to event is an advantage.
Strong project management skills with a clear focus on delivery and high-quality standards.
Ability to teamwork with very good social skills.
Ability to build strong relationships in a multi-cultural environment.
Ability to work smart under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously, and to deal with potential for tight deadlines and unexpected complexities.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Flexible with travelling.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using event management tools.
Fluent in English and/or French language both written and spoken; command of any other CAF official languages (English, French, Arabic) is a plus.
